Take your mouthpiece with neck (without the sax).

Focus on:

1. rhythm
2. articulation
3. accents
4. note hierarchy
5. Don't think about pitch.

Think about movement and groove.

2. Main vs secondary notes

While playing with me, pay attention:

1. What notes feel like main
2. What notes feel like secondary
3. How secondary notes lead to the main ones

🎯 Your task:

Hear and feel where the phrase wants to land.

3. Rhythm control

Repeat the exercise:

1. once very simple
2. once more syncopated
3. once with strong accents
4. once very soft and smooth

👉 Same notes.

Different rhythm.

Different feeling.

🎯 Goal:

To feel that:

1. rhythm creates the picture
2. main notes are the anchors
3. secondary notes create motion
